Welcome to the New Jersey Superior Officers Law Enforcement Association.
This labor organization was created in 1978, and is designed to support and safeguard the collective bargaining rights of our members.
Our mission is to enhance and support the law enforcement professionals we represent.
By providing critical support to our members and their families, access to benefits, training programs, legal representation, legislative monitoring, charitable activities, and networking opportunities, the NJSOA has truly established itself as a leader among all other state law enforcement unions. The needs of our members across the state are met, and often exceeded, due to the diligent work put forth by our Executive Board and Agency Representatives.
Over my career, the way we communicate, gather and disseminate information has changed so rapidly that – at times – it can be hard to keep up. The NJSOA takes pride in the working relationships and open lines of communication established among the various departments and agencies from around the state. When Management and Labor work together to problem-solve, everyone advances.
