Members,
Hello all and Welcome to our website.
We underwent some major changes to our website in the middle of last year.
Our intention was to professionalize the look of the site as well as to improve upon the amount and the quality of the content available on the site.
We accomplished making the improvements to the overall look of the website.
Now we look to focus on updating the content and to bringing more up-to-date information to the membership.
Sometimes it’s difficult to prioritize non-emergent tasks, such as website updates, when other pressing issues such as contract negotiations, member disciplinary appeals, etc., are knocking at our door.
We’ve had to devote much time and energy to many of these labor intensive tasks.
However, one thing your current Executive Board takes very seriously is keeping the membership informed to the best extent possible.
With this in mind, we are moving forward in making more frequent updates to the website, as well as adding important links, and making pertinent documents available for member review.
We’ve heard the call of the membership and pledge to bring the website up to speed.
Bear with us while we become acclimated to the new task of webmastering.
We’ll do our best to make the site worthwhile.
As I’ve always stated, an informed membership is our greatest asset.
Keep a watch for updates to the site, and enjoy the additions.
